Because miracles work in 4D, they do not conform or adhere to the same laws that define 3D. 3D laws recommend who is in charge and along with the experts that assign meaning in 3D. What is the value necessary to get ones needs met. When, or the time period allotted for the 3D law to work. Where one can expect to find what they want to get their needs met. Finally, the law that defines how is written in 3D law books, along with what is morally acceptable behavior, and what isn't. All of the meaning of the laws that define 3D have left out the wholeness that provides the Living Laws that define the Universe.
The purpose of miracles has always been to remind us of Higher Living Laws. By meeting miracle conditions, the laws or questions that define 3D, are not a factor in a reliable outcome. That's why they are called miracles.
Because miracles do not obey the same laws that ask the questions of who, what, when, where, why, and how, which are required in 3D, they save time. By not having to look around to figure out answers that one is obligated to ask in 3D, whole new global understanding is possible.
As the problem stands right now, people generally do not understand when a miracle resolves an issue. For the most part, the intellect is given credit for achievements, but an intellectual solution occurs only after all of the questions that are demanded by physical law are answered. It is when we are not asking these questions demanded by physical law that miracles go to work. This is because miracles cannot interfere with free will. Thus, when the intellect is assigning the value for the question being asked, the answer will become a struggle.
It is becoming more and more difficult to find a 3D intellectual solution, as there are too many physical laws that must be addressed before one can find a solution that is really wanted. Most of the time people settle for less, or end of totally sacrificing what they want so someone else can have it. This is not how miracles work.
Because miracle assignments work in 4D, they are not limited by 3D laws. Instead, they are Universally Inspired and work under the same Laws that provide the Living Integrity that defines the whole Universe. Being such, it is to our personal advantage to begin to become aware of miracles. The problem is the intellect, which is also identified as the ego, will always make an attempt to interfere with miracle conditions by introducing fear.
Fear is not Universally Inspired, and is therefore an unnatural condition. Being unnatural, it is simple to override, but not necessarily easy. This is because people who live in 3D believe in fear and use it to assign value. Any time fear is assigned value, the miracle must step aside.
The purpose of miracles is to replace the unnatural condition of fear. Because the property of a miracle condition relies on Universal Integrity, it is simple to override fear with a miracle, but in order to do this, people must learn there is an alternative to fear.

Because fear is so insidious and is supported by what we believe, by making a global conscious choice to release the miracles necessary to override fear, we will begin to see miracle outcomes. For this we will not have to do anything.
